Holly Tyler Ringo tragically lost her life in a car accident at the age of 17. She was a bright, young woman who was in the middle of her senior year of high school before her life was cut short. She was prepared to play collegiate volleyball in her home state of Colorado, and attend college to study education in hopes to become an elementary teacher. Her passion since the beginning was to help educate the future generations. Holly loved playing sports such as basketball, soccer, and track; but her love of volleyball and incredible talent on the court was what was taking her to new heights. Because of her love of this sport and the dream to help the future generations, the Holly T. Ringo Memorial Scholarship was created. With the help of her family, friends, and so many others this scholarship can live on and serve not only as a memory to the incredible life of Holly, but fulfill her dream to educate the future generations. The recipients of this scholarship will go on to a plethora of schools to pursue their higher education, and Holly can live on as a reminder that the future of the world is bright. Holly Tyler is missed every single day, and will never be forgotten for her positive impact she had on Earth in her short time.
